The summary: Some of the bolts that connect the engine oil filter to the engine may have been manufactured below specification strength, possibly resulting in an engine oil leak.
The consequence: If a leak is present, the engine oil pressure would drop and the engine could seize, increasing the risk of a crash.

The summary: Zinc coating applied to terminal stud bolt was thicker than specification. May cause difficulty starting the vehicle.
The consequence: The issue can cause the engine to stall while the vehicle is in motion and it may not be possible to restart the engine after it stopped, increasing the risk of a crash.
